Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the delivered address and destination. Items ordered from the website will be shipped with “Fedex International Economy

After placing an order , client will be charged through the selected payment method, then our team will dispatch the items and prepare them for shipping with Fedex International to client’s address. This procedure will take no more than 14 days.

If items are missing in stock, you will receive an e- mail regarding the estimated time for items to be in stock again and delivery date.


For clarity, all items from the website “Nazareth of Jesus” are free for export, but in certain countries you might be responsible for paying duties and taxes to the relevant authorities. Our website has no control or influence on customs restrictions when client is charged to pay local taxes according to law of state. It is the clients responsibility to read and check what are the restriction for customs and duty in his own country.

3.Refund and Return

If you choose to return any product to us for any reason , please take responsibility while packing and sending to us the returned item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage  due to wrong wrapping or packaging the items specially when items are fragile. Client should handle with care all returned items and send them back with or without their original package.

Client must use Fedex international service only, to send back the returned items, within no more than 14 days from the date client have received his order.

Client will pay the cost of shipping the returned items from his country to our address specified on our website and should note on the package “returned items”

It is necessary to send an e- mail to us before client decide to return item.

When we receive the returned item/s you will be refunded within 14 days from time goods received to us. Returning fees are $30 and that will be deducted from the value refunded.

If items were returned damaged due to mishandling or bad packaging, our  management will decide about the refund value to customer.
